The decision as to whether or not customs duties will be levied on the product you purchased is ultimately up to the customs inspector. If an inspection finds that the product is subject to tax, the prescribed customs duties will be levied. This changes as the US tax system changes. Update Regarding U.S. Imports of Computer Parts

Please note that when shipping computer parts from Japan to the United States, there is a possibility of import duties being charged by U.S. Customs. While many computer-related components may be exempt from tariffs, this is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the classification applied by customs.

If you are located in the U.S. and are considering purchasing from our store, please be aware that:

• Import duty may apply, depending on the product type and customs assessment.

• The tariff rate can vary, and in some cases may be 0% for computer-related parts.

• Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local U.S. Customs office for more details before placing your order.
If you have concerns about potential import duties, feel free to contact us prior to purchase.

    (*1)The shipping accidents we have experienced so far have not involved ePacket Light, but please note that there is no damage compensation for ePacket Light, so accidents during shipping may occur. In addition, even if you discover a shipping accident yourself, we cannot compensate you at all. Please be aware that there is always this risk. • Most of our products are small, weighing less than 100g, so even if you order a large amount, it will usually be less than 700g.
  
   

Please note that this shipping method is also in flux. As a small-scale business like ours, we do not do large transactions, so the shipping companies are always offering us fluctuating international shipping rates.

However, if there is a cheap and good shipping method, we will switch to it flexibly, which will lead to good customer service. In any case, additional taxation on computer-related parts is certainly not a welcome development, but we sincerely appreciate your continued support and patronage. Thank you.
