April 2, 2026, we changed our local rules. If you select Registered Airmail as your shipping method for items other than cards, the shipping method will automatically change to ePocket Lite. This can be shipped to most countries starting from $15.20. *If your purchase consists only of PCB(Does not include electronic components⚡) or card items, Registered Air Mail (with Tracking Number, 7 USD - 100g or less) will still apply.

1, Customs Duties & Taxes🧾

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any such charges, delays, or related costs. Products shipped from Japan may be subject to import duties depending on your country’s regulations.

 

2, Non-delivery due to incorrect address entry✈️🚫😢

Please be advised that any failure of delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that if the post office returns the package to us, you will be charged double the shipping fee if we need to resend it. In recent years, a common issue is that PayPal addresses are outdated. Please be sure to check your address and postal code. If you discover any errors after your purchase, please reply to the order confirmation email within one hour.

3, Whether or not postal delivery is possible depends on the global situation🌐

Your package will be shipped from Japan to your region. Due to global circumstances such as war or disease outbreaks, there is a possibility that we may suddenly be unable to ship your package even after you have placed your order. In such cases, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis, so please make sure to filter our emails out of your spam folder.
*In most cases, your package will be shipped without any problems if you wait a little while.

 

4, Kit Products Disclaimer🔧

Some of our products are provided as kits and require assembly by the customer. Assembly must be carried out at your own risk. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from improper assembly, including but not limited to product malfunction, damage to equipment, personal injury, fire, or even death. By purchasing and assembling a kit, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for its use and any associated risks.

 

5, PCB Products🧩

Please note that PCB products may contain minor surface scratches. These do not affect the functionality of the product and are not regarded as defects. Such cosmetic imperfections are not eligible for warranty claims, as they cannot be covered by the PCB manufacturer. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Warranty🛡️

We do not accept returns for reasons related to the customer. The warranty only covers initial defects within one week. The products we make include kits, but please assemble the kit at your own risk. We do not provide support for malfunctions.
