Currently, our store only accepts PayPal as a payment method. It's easy, guaranteed and your credit card is not at risk - it's the most recommended international payment method.

Standard Shipping Packages📦
 

Effective April 2, 2026, we have updated our shipping options.

For items other than card-shaped items, any order placed with Registered Airmail selected at checkout will be shipped via International Air Packet instead. This tracked service is available to most countries and starts at USD $15.20.

*Orders containing only flat, card-shaped items with no electronic components (such as cards, bare PCBs, or decals) remain eligible for Registered Airmail with tracking (USD $7.00 for up to 100g), in accordance with Japan Post regulations.

*International Air Packet includes tracking but no compensation for damage. It is delivered to your mailbox, so it is not suitable for high-value items. If you need guaranteed delivery, please choose EMS.

*Prices are approximately up to 500 grams. Please note that the price may vary depending on the weight. Our products are very small and light. Most orders are between 300 grams and 600 grams.

Please be sure to read the following as they are important:
 

1. Customs Duties & Taxes🧾

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any such charges, delays, or related costs. Products shipped from Japan may be subject to import duties depending on your country’s regulations.

 

2. Non-delivery due to incorrect address entry✈️🚫😢

Please be advised that any failure of delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that if the post office returns the package to us, you will be charged double the shipping fee if we need to resend it. In recent years, a common issue is that PayPal addresses are outdated. Please be sure to check your address and postal code. If you discover any errors after your purchase, please reply to the order confirmation email within one hour.

3. Whether or not postal delivery is possible depends on the global situation🌐

Your package will be shipped from Japan to your region. Due to global circumstances such as war or disease outbreaks, there is a possibility that we may suddenly be unable to ship your package even after you have placed your order. In such cases, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis, so please check your spam folder so you don't miss our emails.
*In most cases, your package will be shipped without any problems if you wait a little while.

 

4. Kit Products Disclaimer🔧

Some of our products are provided as kits and require assembly by the customer. Assembly must be carried out at your own risk. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from improper assembly, including but not limited to product malfunction, damage to equipment, personal injury, fire, or even death. By purchasing and assembling a kit, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for its use and any associated risks.

 

5. PCB Products🧩

Please note that PCB products may contain minor surface scratches. These do not affect the functionality of the product and are not regarded as defects. Such cosmetic imperfections are not eligible for warranty claims, as they cannot be covered by the PCB manufacturer. Thank you for your understanding.

 

6. Billing name and address in English🔤

Please make sure your billing name and address are written in English. If there are any problems when the package leaves Japan or clears customs, we need to be able to read them.

Returns and Warranty🛡️

We are a small, independently run business. Each product is handmade in Japan and shipped by us personally, which is very different from large online stores that ship mass-produced items. We ask for your understanding regarding our return and warranty policy.

​

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personal reasons. Before placing an order, please make sure the product is compatible with your computer. Returns or exchanges for an incompatible product are considered returns for personal reasons and are not accepted.

​

Our warranty covers only initial defects, which must be reported within one week of delivery. Some of our products are sold as kits. Please assemble them at your own risk. We do not provide support for malfunctions of kits assembled by the customer.
